It could be a bit clearer. I found myself having to reread parts to really get it, though maybe that’s just me. Overall, it’s not bad at all, I just think a little more clarity would make it easier to use...

I ordered from Zingerman's expecting it to take a while, but it actually showed up quickly. The updates along the way were clear, which made me feel confident about the order, and everything arrived fresh and in great shape. i have no complaints and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a few baked goodies and most of them were fresh, tbh. One loaf did feel a bit dry by the next day though, which was kinda disappointing for the price. It still tasted okay, just not as fresh as I expected. Delivery was fine too, no issues there.

I only meant to stop in for bread, but then I found myself wandering around looking at the cheese, coffee, sweets, and kind of everything. Maybe I was just hungry, but it all looked really good. They had a really nice mix of stuff, and I’d definitely go back.

This ended up ruining our Christmas morning. I was expecting things to go smoothly, but it turned into a frustrating mess instead. Definitely not something I’d want to deal with on a holiday.

I’ve ordered from Zingerman’s a few times now, and it’s been solid every time. The bread, coffee cake, and cheese items have all arrived fresh and packed really well. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s useful knowing I can order from them and pretty much trust what I’m going to get. No bad orders so far, and I’m happy with that

I ordered a few things from Zingerman's, and overall it was good, just not as amazing as I expected for the price. The bread had a really nice flavor and the cheese tasted fresh, so you can tell they use quality ingredients. One of the pastries was a little dry though, which was kind of disappointing. Nothing was bad by any means, but when you hear so much hype, you expect a bit more. I might order again someday, but I’m not exactly rushing to do it.

I ordered from Zingerman's for curbside pickup because I figured it would save me some time and make the higher price feel a little easier to justify. Unfortunately, it really did not go that way.

The directions were kind of confusing, and once I got there, I still ended up waiting around much longer than I expected. I called like I was supposed to, but it seemed like nobody was really sure what was happening with my order.
The food itself was fine, but for what Zingerman's charges, I was hoping the pickup process would be a lot smoother. Curbside is supposed to be convenient, and this just felt like an expensive hassle I probably would not repeat.

I went in thinking it would be a fun little stop, but wow, apparently everyone else had the same idea. It was packed, loud, and kind of impossible to browse without feeling like I was in someone’s way. The staff seemed nice enough, to be fair, but the whole place just felt rushed and cramped. Maybe I chose the worst possible time, who knows, but it definitely wasn’t the enjoyable visit I was hoping for. Next time I’ll probably save myself the trouble and just order online.

I ordered from Zingerman’s the food was good, no complaints there. Everything tasted fresh and solid. But for the price, I was kiiiinda expecting the portions to be bigger. The photos made it look like you’d get a bit more, so when it arrived, it felt a little smaller than I’d hoped. Not bad at all, just not super filling. I’d maaaybe order again, but probably more as a treat than a regular thing

The tracking didn’t seem to update much at first, so I kept checking and wasn’t really sure when it was going to show up. I grabbed a sandwich from Zingerman’s the other day while I was out running errands, it was good. The bread tasted really fresh, and the meat had a nice flavor to it. It’s one of those things where you enjoy it in the moment, but afterward you start doing the mental math and it just doesn’t really add up. Tasty, yes. Worth the high price? Not really

But once I got to checkout, it was straightforward, and I appreciated that the shipping details were clear. So overall, it’s a good site and easy to use, even if the design feels a bit cluttered in places
